Job Description

Design management: 2+ years of experience managing design teams and working with product, engineering, and data partners. Product design: You have 7+ years experience working in UX, UI, HCI or other product design related roles, and ideally in startups. You have a strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle. User journey design: Experience managing and developing complex and iterative B2C user journeys and experiences, conducting experimentation. Experience building products from 0 → 1 is a plus. User research: Strong ability to understand and empathize with end users, translating those learnings into actionable insights. Influence: You effectively partner and collaborate with cross-functional leaders, stakeholders, and executives. Clear communicator: You are an excellent writer and excel at making the complex simple to empower decision making. Analytically-minded: You have strong analytical skills and can blend quantitative data with qualitative insights to test hypotheses.
