Brand Builder: Partner with the team to evolve and build a strong brand presence. Lead brand and new product campaign development and execution to ensure consistency across brand by writing strong RFPs, selecting and managing agency partners. Strategic Thinker: Understands both marketing and creative needs to provide creative solutions and strategies that meet business objectives. Creative Collaborator: Collaborate with content team to create original content and grow our brand as we expand into new markets and categories. Including but not limited to photography, illustration, typographic development. Packaging Pro: Be able to create, develop and support all packaging needs. Ability to go on press checks with an eye for detail. Experience with packaging development preferably in food and beverage industry. Project Manager: Recent project management experience & comfort of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Manages projects in Wrike and regularly meets with Brand Manager to ensure all design team projects are on time. • Create stop motion and video needs for brand for social and website. • Provide clear direction to copywriters, designers, and other creative partners.
