We strive to provide the best digital quoting experience in the insurance industry and make digital our primary channel for service and claims, delivering innovative experiences that exceed consumer and agent expectations. You’ll join a small-but-mighty, 10-person team of UX content strategists who provide dedicated content design support for different aspects of our customer’s journey. In this role, you'll support digital service and claims journeys for existing customers. You'll translate complex information into easy-to-understand guidance that helps customers feel confident completing transactions (like registering for an account or filing a claim) online. In this senior-level role, you’ll also be responsible for aligning content work across multiple squads, partnering closely with leads from other disciplines to drive consistency, and defining processes to ensure work is of the highest quality.
