Job Description
Will be responsible for handling inbound customer concerns. While working remote there are I.T support roles, Customer Service and Sales roles which have different training sessions. However, you can add on more than 1 service role once training is complete. Handles all customer concerns regarding bill payments, service upgrades, refunds or general inquiries. You have the ability to work longer hours upon request and can work beyond the summer if you desire. Must complete Security Awareness training and pass your Certification course for the role you select. This job requires the following equipment, if done remotely: • Windows 10 Desktop or newer • Hard-Wired Connection • Dual Computer Monitors preferred, but not required • Headphones • FlashDrive
