Freelance Communication and Graphic Designer (5-7 full days, fully remotely) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance Communication and Graphic Designer to join our team for a 5-7 day project. The ideal candidate will be available to start after 12th June and will assist us in creating inclusive design guidelines. This project focuses on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are looking for a designer who is actively engaged in this space through their work. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to create visual storytelling and graphic design elements that convey our message of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Develop high-quality illustrations, graphics, and potentially small animations if needed Assist the team in the creation of comprehensive design guidelines Provide expertise as a visual designer in shaping the content to make it actionable and easy to understand Utilize PowerPoint as the primary format for the final deliverable, demonstrating advanced skills in layouting and design Up-to-date with current design trends and tools, particularly in the realm of diversity, equity, and inclusion Requirements: Multiple years of experience as a Communication and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual storytelling, graphic design, and illustrations. Proficiency in PowerPoint and a deep understanding of its advanced features Experience in creating inclusive designs and working on projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines efficiently Eye for detail Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
