Job Description

As the Head of Digital, you will play a critical role in growing our ~$3.5M/year digital service to a target of $10M/year over the next three years. You will oversee and expand our digital practice team, ensuring operational excellence across digital marketing campaigns, website design and development, and email. Reporting to the Founder & SVP of SketchDeck, you will lead a team comprising a Director of Digital Services, two Project Managers, a Lead Developer, a Design Director (30%), and freelance Designers & Developers.
