Job Description

We are seeking a Webflow designer + developer to help us maintain and update the Plan C website. Must have experience working specifically in Webflow (minimum of 2 years), with a solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the platform. Must be willing and motivated to understand the site structure find ways to reuse existing elements before inventing new ones. Must have comprehensive understanding of CSS outside of a no-code platform, and must be comfortable working with custom javascript in Webflow, including but not limited to F’insweet attributes. Must be comfortable designing and collaborating in Figma and translating responsive designs to Webflow, as well as general sensitivity to design and be able to apply existing styles + elements to new content. Must be able to dependably communicate and collaborate with one primary web developer and occasionally a small team. Must be committed to testing updates across devices + browsers before publishing‍. Estimated time/month is 20 hours, for 3 month contract with possibility to extend. Rate is commensurate with experience, suggested $75/hr. Contractors also receive a monthly health and wellness stipend. Security is our top priority, and we will require referrals due to the sensitive nature of our issue area.
