About the role Our **Incorporation & Corporate Secretary** team at Osome is looking for a talented **Principal Designer** to help create a first-class incorporation service and effortless company management for entrepreneurs by removing complexity and maximising efficiency of the user experience. This area of the business is responsible for helping society’s problem-solvers open their company rapidly and compliantly, prepare everything they need to kickstart their business operations, while guiding them through their journey. As a Principal Designer, while you won’t be a manager, you will be an internal leader - responsible for mentoring, supporting and inspiring others to elevate the level of quality and help teams achieve their goals across the organisation with the support of your colleagues. What you’ll be doing - Partner closely with your Product and Development counterparts to grow the effectiveness of our incorporation service - Osome’s primary acquisition tool - Ensure our incorporation & company management service addresses the market-specific needs of our customers around the world - Continually seek to improve conversion by launching experiments, measuring their success, proposing efficiencies and improvements to our user experiences - Work closely with the Head of Product Design to elevate quality across the organisation - helping to improve our standard of design craft, ways of working and lead internal initiatives - Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment of goals and deliver high-quality holistic experiences - Evangelise the vision and strategy for both your product domain and Design organisation throughout Osome What we’re looking for - At least 6 years experience shipping high-quality digital products and working as part of cross-functional teams - Confidence leveraging both quantitative analytical data and qualitative customer research to inform the design process - Prior experience working in growth teams, working with and improving the effectiveness of acquisition and conversion funnels - Proficiency working across the entire design process from inception and discovery; to concept development and prototyping; to designing final interfaces and developer handoff - Unrelenting pursuit to improve design quality - from problem-solving and ways of working to the final crafted UI and interaction - Well-versed with the power of collaboration and an open feedback culture with teams, peers and stakeholders - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into powerful storytelling and demonstrate thought-process to peers and stakeholders - Experience working with globally-distributed teams with English communication skills ## Desired, but not required - Experience working within FinTech - Knowledge of business operations and/or accounting
