Cooper Hewitt's Tessitura Manager is responsible for customer relations and for overall management of the Tessitura applications and facilitation of the application’s strategy, including application administration and support. Based on knowledge of standard museum practice, the CRM plans, coordinates, and implements activities necessary to the effective operation and maintenance of the database.
