Framer or Webflow • Contract to Start • Potential Long-Term OVERVIEW We’re building a next-generation creator roster platform at the intersection of culture, design, and technology. We’re looking for a designer who can design, build, and systemize a scalable platform that showcases talent, drives discovery, and supports monetization. This role requires someone who can think beyond execution and help define the experience. THE OPPORTUNITY You’ll help shape how creators are presented, discovered, and activated across a growing ecosystem. We’re building a platform where creators are not just talent, but owners, collaborators, and cultural drivers. The digital experience should reflect that. WHAT YOU’LL BE BUILDING A dynamic creator roster site (Framer or Webflow) Modular creator profile templates that scale A content-driven browsing experience that feels editorial A system that supports talent discovery, brand partnerships, and internal team use WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Systems thinker with strong design instincts Comfortable turning loose vision into structured experiences Understands how to design for scale, not just aesthetics Able to build something that doesn’t fully exist yet RESPONSIBILITIES Design the overall creator roster experience Build scalable modules for profiles, categories, and content Lead development in Framer or Webflow Structure CMS for easy internal use Create a repeatable intake-to-publish workflow Integrate tools like Airtable, Notion, or Zapier as needed Collaborate closely with creative leadership REQUIREMENTS Strong portfolio with modern web design work Experience with Framer or Webflow (CMS required) Experience building scalable systems Strong understanding of UX/UI and content structure Bonus: Experience with creator platforms or media brands Familiarity with automation tools WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE A site that feels dynamic and intentional A system that internal teams can easily manage A platform that scales with the creator network A foundation that can evolve into a product TIMELINE Immediate start Initial build within 2–4 weeks Ongoing iteration HOW TO APPLY Send: Portfolio with live examples 1–2 examples of scalable builds Short note on your approach
