Job Description

The ACLU is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to gather insights and validate the future direction of our website (aclu.org). We’re especially interested in exploring innovative content experiences and lightweight tools to help public audiences stay informed and take action to help protect civil liberties and rights across the country. You’d be a strong fit if you thrive in ambiguity, are comfortable shaping and running iterative research at scale, enjoy collaborating with designers on idea generation and prototyping, and aren’t afraid to influence recommendations and strategy with a mixed group of seniority levels.
