WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a driven Lead Product Designer to joining our growing design team. You will be a champion of our user's needs, understanding their challenges and supporting a team of designers to deliver high-quality and consistent user experiences. - Support the UX Director and other Lead Product designers to identify and prioritize design needs globally. - Help establish design best practice and ensure is being adhered to within your region. - Drive product strategy with your region by collaborating closely with product and UX research. - Mentor and manage a team of designers to build and improve the design practice. - Develop and cultivate strong relationships with Product, Engineering and stakeholders. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED? - Expertise in user research, end-to-end design process, conceptualization, UI prototyping, user testing, and implementation - Experience in service design and systems thinking. You are able to think holistically across all touchpoints. - Expertise in using a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods, to measure design impact. - Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and lead designers in your team to deliver product strategy and meet business goals. - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience of coaching and mentoring teams and individuals
