(Website: www.nowadayscreative.com) About the Role We are looking for an Art Director / Designer to join a close-knit team working together to create fresh, bold, distinctive, and breakthrough content. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of creative tactics. You are expected to be a multi-disciplined creative; a doer, a maker. Responsibilities • Self-motivated, proactive, reliable and accountable • Ideate and develop creative concepts from internal brainstorming phases through client delivery and execution • Concept, create, present, and execute creative solutions across all channels and media, with a focus on brand identity and digital marketing and design • Collaborate and concept on video, audio and motion graphics/animation • Work seamlessly with other designers in the agency to ensure the strongest possible solutions • Stay consistently relevant and up-to-date on all current and future design and marketing trends • Have a passion for smart, interesting and innovative design Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field or the equivalent experience • 1-3 years work experience • Strong design portfolio • Conceptual, creative thinker who can strive in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional design aesthetic, graphic design and typography skills • Able to multi-task, take on multiple roles, and quick to adapt when priorities shift • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
