Join our small-but-mighty, 10-person team of UX content strategists who support various user journeys across our digital ecosystem. This role will optimize Liberty Mutual's business insurance experience. This area hasn't had any content support in the past, so there are many opportunities to make a big impact! We're looking for someone who can be a strong advocate and ambassador for the content discipline and who excels at building relationships and influencing business partners. You'll work on applications that enable agents to sell insurance products to business owners. You'll also work on experiences that help business owners feel confident in managing their policies online. Working with a talented cross-functional team, your primary goals will be to improve agent productivity and customer satisfaction.
