Job Description

You’ll join a small-but-mighty, 10-person team of UX content strategists who provide dedicated content design support for different aspects of our customer’s journey. This role’s primary focus is to continually optimize our online claims experience. You’ll translate complex information into simple, easy-to-understand guidance that helps customers feel confident in filing and managing their claims online. Working with a talented cross-functional team, you’ll design experiences that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on different areas of the customer experience in the future, based on your interest areas and business priorities.
