Consumer Industries Cloud is hiring a mid-level User Experience Designer to create cloud native enterprise products, based out of Newport Beach, California office. This role will be highly involved with the evolution and execution of our new design system. Your previous experience with design systems will enable you to jump right in and make an impact with our teams. - Design and ship high-quality user interface components and patterns for use across multiple products; maintain and evolve our Figma web UI kit; ensure alignment with Front-End Engineers at all times - Manage the end-to-end project backlog, priority, and schedule for the design system team - Collaborate with UX Designers and Front-End Engineers to define and standardize reusable design patterns and components - Develop and maintain clear design systems documentation - Identify areas for improvement and help designers use our toolkit to build new features in an efficient and reusable manner. Define and standardize highly usable UI components. - Relentlessly advocate for best practices and define usage guidelines accordingly.
