We're looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to lead a dynamic team of talented product designers focused on the Acquisition, Growth & Discovery teams. In this role, you'll oversee strategy and design of features that attract new users, engage existing ones, and aid them in their product and store discovery. You will assume responsibility for the quality of the work, management of processes, and development of the careers and performance of the team. The Senior Product Design Manager will help shape the strategy for multiple squads in partnership with their cross-functional counterparts. You will provide design feedback and guidance to your squads, as well as work across squads to identify larger strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will work together with the Senior Director of Product Design, the Director of Research, and the Head of Design Systems to develop a compelling design vision that aligns member needs with business objectives, as well as foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the design team.
