Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. We’re looking for a manager to help lead our Editor team. You’ll lead the team responsible for the Figma editor – Figma’s heart and soul. This team is responsible for features related to editing and design systems, and sets the tone for other products that use the editor as a foundation. We’re hoping to find a technically skilled person who is excited to push the bar for quality and execution on their teams, and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds and get their hands dirty. This is an opportunity to own one of the most important surfaces at Figma, lead a wonderful group of designers, and collaborate with some very talented people.
