Our goal is to establish the Eames Institute as a home for a new generation of curious problem-solvers, and design is central to our mission. Through exceptional designs across digital and physical expressions, our creative work aims to inspire a global audience while clearly communicating our mission, vision, values, and standards. The Design Director is responsible for bringing the Eames Institute brand to life visually across a wide range of platforms, products, and experiences. You will be responsible for establishing a design competency within our organization, and understanding the balance of service and leadership this entails.
