Product Design Lead - we are looking to expand our roster of Design Lead talent as we have a pipeline of work upcoming that we will need support with. As a Design Lead at ustwo you’ll provide guidance to individual designers and teams, bestowing vision and direction during projects, from discovering value to validating propositions, all the way through to delivering products and services. ustwo is known for exceptional design craft — we are looking for a Design Lead that can help lead teams to create experiences that not only express brand values within products but resonate emotionally with audiences. You’ll be acting as a discipline lead within the project, working alongside a collaborative and talented team to uncover, validate and deliver new experiences across native, web and mobile platforms. You will often be hands-on during projects, working, supporting and delegating to other designers, developers, and delivery coaches to define, build, and iterate solutions for our fantastic clients and partners. This project will involve a high level of client stakeholder interaction, so clear communication skills are critical.
