REVOLT is looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting high-impact animated content across our media ecosystem — from broadcast and social to live event screens and brand campaigns. You're someone who lives in After Effects, thinks in systems, and knows how to build graphics that can scale. What you'll do: Design and animate motion graphics for broadcast, digital, social, and live event environments Build and maintain Motion Graphics Templates (.mogrt files) in After Effects for use within Premiere Pro workflows Develop scalable graphic systems and template packages that editors can use without deep AE knowledge Collaborate with creative directors, editors, and producers to bring concepts to life on deadline Maintain brand consistency across all motion work, adapting assets across formats and aspect ratios Support live event and content productions with animated overlays, lower thirds, and real-time graphics packages What we're looking for (REQUIRED) Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects — including expressions, pre-comps, and advanced animation techniques Proven experience creating and publishing .mogrt (Motion Graphics Template) files for Premiere Pro-based editorial teams Strong understanding of design fundamentals — typography, color, composition, and timing Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Cloud suite Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines Portfolio demonstrating a strong range of motion graphics work across formats NICE TO HAVE Experience in 3D design and animation using Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools Familiarity with 4D motion techniques and simulation-based animation Experience designing for hip-hop, music, or entertainment media brands Background working in live event or broadcast production environments. Portfolio Requirement Please include a portfolio that showcases high-quality motion graphics work, including animation systems, dynamic typography, and scalable template-based design across broadcast, digital, and social.
