Contract Graphic Designer – ExodUS Summit We’re looking for a talented and mission-aligned graphic designer to help shape the visual experience of ExodUS Summit—a global virtual event that empowers Black women who are planning a career break, relocating abroad, or embracing a nomadic lifestyle. This is a unique opportunity to work with an all-Black women team and design for a vibrant, purpose-driven community. You’ll create visuals that speak directly to our audience and support our mission of liberation, travel, and freedom. What You’ll Do: - Design promotional materials including social media graphics, reels, and banners for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - Develop cohesive visual assets for the virtual event platform to enhance the attendee experience - Design an event-branded T-shirt or other merchandise items - Create visually compelling presenter pages and session graphics - Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables - Incorporate feedback and manage revisions efficiently using Asana and Slack Qualifications: - Proven experience in graphic design, especially for events, campaigns, or digital marketing - Ability to manage time and projects independently - Strong communication skills and openness to feedback - A portfolio that demonstrates relevant, high-quality design work - Must be able to design without the use of generative AI Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding of ExodUS Summit’s mission and audience - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools (not required) Application Process: To apply, please submit: - A brief cover letter detailing your interest in this role and sharing your creative vision or ideas for the 2025 summit visuals - Your resume or CV - A link to your portfolio showcasing relevant work or sample design - A quote for a 4-month contract engagement (July–October 2025) Please send your application to jaeda@exodussummit.com with the subject line: “Contract Graphic Designer Application – [Your Name]” Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
