Job Description
Work in tight collaboration with our marketing team to produce a blend of brand and performance-driven creative across paid and owned channels. Develop and execute a variety of content including email, packaging, video and animation, digital ads, social content, and more. Implement and further evolve Sundays' brand standards and guidelines across all channels and formats. Ensure omni-channel campaigns have consistent, elegant designs that captivate and engage both new and existing customers. Support internal design needs across the organization (eg. sales decks, investor updates). Improve packaging to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes. Make informed design decisions based off of customer research to improve the way our brand is applied. Develop channel-specific templates to create more efficiency in ongoing asset production. Act as the cross-functional steward for the Sundays for Dogs brand system to solve complex design problems through simple and elegant creative. Regularly engage in customer research to develop a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points. Use your insights to inform design.
