Job Description

Supermajority Education Fund seeks a temporary Creative Manager while a team member is out on parental leave. We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and entrepreneurial professional to work with the Creative Communications and Digital team. A successful candidate will be a strong writer and communicator, have both graphic and video skills; experience working independently, and be passionate about building a world where the Majority Rules are real. - Work closely with the Senior Director of Comms to outline and execute creative strategy and tactics that help the organization constantly innovate and drive impact. - Support organization-wide visual needs through the identification, planning, and execution of design projects. - Lead creative brainstorms for campaigns and turn those brainstorms into actionable plans. - Evolve the brand look and feel as necessary to keep the organization relevant and ensure we are reaching our intended audiences. - Work collaboratively with the Communications, Creative, and Digital team as well as Strategic Programs and Operations staff across the country, freelancers, and vendors.
