R/GA is looking for a Group Creative Director (GCD) to join our team as a creative leader on the Jordan brand team. The role will also cover Nike work. The GCD is a proven leader, effective communicator and an exceptional motivator. The position provides leadership across channels and the opportunity to partner with executive leadership to push our clients as well as the teams they are accountable for. As the Group Creative Director, you will work alongside other GCDs, Executive Creative Directors and Creative Directors across the R/GA network to craft the future of R/GA's relationship with the Jordan brand. You will be at the forefront of creating a culture obsessed with great, beautifully crafted, innovation-first work. You lead with a passion for content, art and visual design, and an authentic curiosity about how it applies to global culture and technology. Core to your skills is the ability to lead, grow, mentor, and motivate a team.
