Looking for a Creative Swiss Army Knife (3 Days/Week, Remote). We're High Impact Athletes (HIA)—a global nonprofit turning sport into a force for good. Through our campaigns and our new fundraising platform, Race for Impact (in partnership with HYROX), we help athletes compete for a better world. Now, we're on the hunt for a creative all-rounder. Someone with great ideas AND the skills to bring them to life. You’ll be concepting and executing across campaigns, everyday social content, and Race for Impact—helping build a movement that blends sport, charity, and global impact. What we’re looking for: - A creative brain with an eye for design and a knack for storytelling (plus a passion for fitness or sports). - Comfortable wearing multiple hats—art direction, design, copywriting, ideation, content creation - Someone who knows what makes content click on IG, TikTok, and beyond - A doer who can take the lead on content ideas, guide editors, and get on the tools. - Confident with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, Squarespace or whatever helps you work magic - Freelance to start (3 days/week), with potential to grow into a full-time role - Remote, but plugged into a global, purpose-driven team - 23-33 USD p/hr—dependent on experience We’re all about creativity with impact.
