Have you ever considered a career in the Creative Industries? We are a a global, strategic brand and design studio on the hunt for bold, hands-on creative types, natural leaders and big thinkers! The Start is our annual entry programme, set up to help us unearth and bring a new wave of fresh talent from different backgrounds into the creative industry. You don’t have a be an artist or a designer to join us (the person who wrote this isn’t!) - that's why the programme offers three possible ‘pathways’ for entrants to follow - Creative, Client Management and Strategy. Three winners will be chosen (one for each pathway), with a one-month initial placement taking place in August, followed by an interview for a one-year contract on The Start Programme, from September 2023. Collaboration is a very big deal to us; we know it takes the individual skills and talents of every person in the team—with their unique perspectives—to deliver the kind of ambitious thinking and creativity that wows our clients and wins awards.
