The Mattel Vehicles Brand Creative Team is looking for a Manager with a passion for branding, and graphic design across all marketing activations including key art, asset development, retail, ecommerce social media, digital, campaign development of engaging strategic ideas! Motivated to lead, manage, and develop a team of designers (apx 2). Hands-on, highly conceptual, overflowing with ideas, capable of leading and designing with internal and external partners, as well as visual communication materials that support the brand strategy and business objectives across multiple touchpoints. Must demonstrate a proven track record in developing strategically driven ideas and creative assets, with a strong understanding of graphic design and typography. Must have a leadership presence inspiring confidence and innovation with partners, designers, and executives.
