Job Description

Beyond 12 is seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our creative team. This is for a minimum three-month engagement with the potential for extension. You will work with our core design and product teams to conceptualize, design, prototype, and test education organization-facing dashboards and tools that will help enrich the experience of our users and support our student-facing mobile app, MyCoach—which helps historically underrepresented students successfully navigate the college experience. This role requires a highly creative, imaginative, and organized individual who can operate within the framework of our existing systems as well as envision alternatives, producing original and engaging experiences.
