Job Description

Partner closely with marketing, product, and design to elevate our website, social media presence, sales decks, design system and more. Design templates and graphics for sales proposals, marketing guides, blog posts, documentation, presentations and other materials. Play a significant role in the evolution of our brand, voice, and strategy as Canal grows as a company and product. Tell Canal’s story - creating a variety of assets for our social and web presence, in-app marketing materials, and beyond. Create illustrations and diagrams for documentation to explain complex features, benefits and workflows for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success use. Work closely with our Product Designer to ensure a single look and feel extends across all Canal properties and collaborate on maintaining a single, dynamic shared design system in Figma. Be an active participant and leader in design critiques, providing thoughtful feedback across product and design teams.
