Job title: Mid-Weight Designer Contract type: Perm Location: Shoreditch, London. Hybrid: WFH Monday & Friday. In the Office Tuesday-Thursday. About the role: We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and innovative individual who wishes to develop their own skills as well as constantly push the boundaries of social first content. As a creative within the team you will be involved in a multitude of diverse projects bringing fresh thinking and energy to every brief and studio interaction. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute high-quality motion and graphic assets for multiple digital channels (primarily social media) for our owned and clients platforms Work closely with the creative and account management teams to exceed client expectations, helping to deliver high quality design work. Working alongside the studio team on to develop new concepts and develop strong creative solutions Supporting Design Lead with concepting and executing creative output to ensure best in class creative content is produced Take ownership of creative challenges from brief to delivery including presenting and developing client relationships. Key Requirements: Proficiency using Adobe Suite a requirement, primarily focused on Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Motion experience is a MUST have Have a collaborative attitude, working consistently with internal teams and clients Understanding of creating well crafted social first content (sight & sound) Strong attention to detail Passionate about design, has an interest in the design community and always seeking inspiration Great communication skills Organised, self-motivated and able to work efficiently to tight deadlines Proactive and committed to developing your own knowledge and skills Team player What we offer: An environment full of talented, passionate, creative and collaborative people.
