Role Overview Black Girl Magic Day, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Designer & Manager to design, schedule, and manage branded social media content across our platforms. This role focuses on consistency, brand alignment, and proactive content planning. Responsibilities • Design branded social media posts aligned with organization guidelines • Create 90 posts per month (3 posts per day) • Upload and schedule all content in our existing social media scheduling platform • Complete content one month in advance • On the 15th of each month, begin creation of the next 90 posts to ensure uninterrupted scheduling • Maintain visual consistency and messaging accuracy • Collaborate with leadership for approvals and updates Qualifications • Proven experience designing social media content • Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently • Experience working with nonprofits or mission-driven brands is a plus Additional Notes • This is a contract, stipend-based role • Payment will begin upon receipt of grant funding • Opportunity to grow into a long-term paid position as funding expands To Apply: Please submit links to relevant social media or design samples along with a brief introduction.
