Job Description
soulPhoodie is a Black-owned brand celebrating Black food culture through kitchen textiles: aprons, kitchen towels, and napkins. We're hiring a culturally attuned advanced student or recent grad to design 3 original surface patterns plus 1 coordinating blender, rooted in Black foodways and gathering, delivered as seamless, production-ready repeat files. $1,000 flat, paid across 3 milestones, with 2 revision rounds included. Work for hire; original hand-created work only (assistive tools fine, no generative AI art). Designer credit and portfolio rights included. This is a focused first project with likely ongoing work as the line grows. To apply, send a portfolio link and a short note about your connection to the cultural themes and foodways behind this project.
