The SNACK Team is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who is well-versed in the GAMING space to create and develop industry-leading digital content for the social and brand channels of our clients. Whether you are creating static images, logos, key art, backgrounds, or other interactive content, our ideal candidate understands the nuances and best practices for different platforms. Technical prowess, complemented by a creative mind, is a necessity. We also want a gamer who is already privy to the latest and greatest developments in this industry! ▪️ Create original graphics assets that abide by the latest game industry trends, including logos, key art, and backgrounds for use in marketing, social media, and editorial projects. ▪️ Versioning assets to various specifications including resolution, aspect ratios, and file types for various viewing platforms. ▪️ Update existing Photoshop and Illustrator assets received from external sources. ▪️ Align to project management and asset management standards. ▪️ Organize, archive, and back up projects. ▪️ Implement feedback from creative leads and customer groups. Coordinate with various clients on approvals and feedback on marketing content. Minimum Requirements: ▪️ 3+ years of professional experience creating multimedia digital content ▪️ Deep knowledge around video game industry trends and developments ▪️ High levels of creativity, and demonstrated ability to generate innovative concepts, designs, and ideas. ▪️ Strong conceptual skills and the ability to execute creative effectively and iterate. ▪️ Comprehensive understanding of design principles and typography. Exceptional eye for composition, contrast, and color. ▪️ Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. ▪️ High-level knowledge of the gaming space and industry trends. ▪️ Experience creating content for multiple social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging channels. ▪️ General understanding of best practices, technical requirements, and specs for developing content for social media channels. Knowledge of image formats and video codecs. ▪️ Able to work well in a collaborative team environment, and within an iterative design process. Bonus Skills: ▪️ Knowledge of Figma and Sketch. ▪️ Knowledge of 3D software, such as Cinema 4D, is a plus. ▪️ Knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint slideshow software.
