Job Description

The Product Design Director will have the opportunity to organize and lead a dynamic design team by developing a strategic design path, and oversee the creative directions, systems and processes for all TRAILS web products. The Product Design Director will demonstrate their expertise in design field concepts, practices, and procedures by working with the Managing Director of Technology Innovations to develop major goals that support functional objectives and ensure web products meet the strategic goals of the TRAILS organization. They will detail, guide, and evaluate individual design deliverables, as well as team performance, and deliver critical feedback when necessary.
