You will be responsible for leading and overseeing our team in media strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimization, performance analysis, and thought leadership. We'll look to you to help drive and lead our integrated media team and strategies to keep us at the forefront of the travel industry. You'll need to know your way around the entire media landscape, from self-serve platforms and tools to providing training and thought leadership to your team; yet also have the experience and strategic insight to lead and grow larger multi-channel and traditional campaigns to ensure effective media mix as client budgets scale up. We are fast-moving, and we respond quickly to what our clients need from us.
It will be your responsibility as an integral part of the leadership team to make recommendations on philosophy, structure, tools, processes, and approach to help us remain on the cutting edge of industry-leading planning and execution.
