Job Description
IDEO.org is in search of a Global Talent and Operations Associate or Sr. Associate to support the 6-person HR (Talent) and Business Operations teams in the efficient implementation of policies and procedures, and the successful completion of special projects. We’re looking for someone passionate about systems, process, and data, who will liaise between internal and external customers to ensure smooth and simple operations.
