The Builder Fellowship Join Block’s design and engineering teams to tackle real challenges in the financial system. Build products, prototypes, and AI tools across Square, Cash App, Afterpay, TIDAL, Proto, Bitkey, and new initiatives. We’re looking for emerging builders and self-taught experimenters who are exploring, making, and pushing boundaries with AI. No résumé or fancy title required — just proof of what you’ve built. Ten fellows. Six months. Fully paid. Remote optional. Potential to convert to full-time.
