Our expertise lies in: Identifying unique strategies to advance critical issuesDesigning and executing impactful communications campaignsDeveloping and executing sophisticated digital campaignsCreating compelling brand identities, graphics, and storytelling content SENIOR DESIGNER RALLY is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join its growing Design Team. The Senior Designer will lead projects from concept to production, collaborating with digital strategists, consultants, and creative professionals. Key responsibilities include: Design Proficiency + Innovation: - Creating compelling visual narratives - Developing design projects across various mediums - Leading the development of brand identities and assets - Executing the visual ‘look and feel’ of campaigns - Collaborating on direct response marketing materialsWorking on video projects, creating storyboards, and designing still assets - Bringing external design inspiration to RALLY Client Management: - Directly working with clients, presenting design work, and providing guidance for feedback Team Collaboration + Management: - Managing junior designers and providing art direction - Collaborating with RALLY teams on creative processes - Prioritizing and managing multiple design projects - Providing guidance and supervision for client accounts - Participating in team-based collaboration and offering guidance on visual deliverables Internal RALLY Team Contributions: - Pursuing professional development plans - Contributing to strategic design growth and brand positioning - Managing billable hourly quotas - Participating in scoping design projects and tracking hours against project budgets QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field - 3-5 years of relevant experience - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, web design, and digital/print projects - Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma - Knowledge of typography, color, and design trendsFamiliarity with social media platformsStrong project management, communication, and collaboration skills - Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint - Experience with UI design, web wire-framing, and CMS like WordPressCampaign design experience is a plus Mandatory Hybrid Work Environment: - Ability to thrive in a hybrid work modelMandatory commitment to attending office 2 days per week - Mandatory participation in a four-day in-office work week, four times per year BENEFITS AND PERKS RALLY values its people, offering a competitive salary, performance-based and new business bonuses, flexible time off, work-from-anywhere periods, federal holidays, a one-month paid sabbatical after seven years, and more.
