Job Description

DEI.dev Labs is an early-stage startup that incubates and sponsors platforms and initatives that model, mark, and/or mitigate systemic harm. We're seeking a hands-on creative who undersands the role design can play in his effort -- and who can guide our public digital presence (web, apps, products, events, experiences) as we mature and grow. The Creative Director would establish our design guidelines, oversee contracted design work, and contribute to design for web, apps, products, events, and experiences of the DEI.dev Labs platforms and initiatives. The Creative Director would also have a role in evaluating and welcoming new team members, both those with a creative focus and those without. In the short term, we're open to part-time or project-based commitments. We anticipate full-time as an option after the summer. We're fully remote. We're open to discussions of equity, cash, or blended compensation.
