Job Description

At Ologie, the senior designer is someone who obsesses over the details of typography, composition, and all things design. You can spot poor kerning and shabby type combinations from a mile away. At your core, you’re a maker who’s happiest when you’re creating. You find inspiration all around you: you love sketching, taking photos, illustrating, or maybe even flying drones. Collaboration is important at Ologie, so you’ll be part of a cross-disciplinary team of other designers, writers, and strategists who will help inspire you and your work. You’re also someone who dives in: staying up on design trends as they emerge. And you’ll learn to follow developments and issues in the industries we work with: higher education, health care, and nonprofits. You’ve also got your finger on the pulse of pop culture, emerging technologies, and social media.
