About the Role We are seeking a Brand / Visual Identity Lead to help build and define visual identities from the ground up. This role is ideal for a designer who understands the foundations of design deeply and cares about craft, structure, and visual consistency. You will play a key role in developing brand systems that scale across decks, campaigns, digital platforms, and content ecosystems. This is not simply an execution role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of visual integrity and brand cohesion. What You Will Do • Build visual identity systems from concept to implementation • Develop brand guidelines and scalable design frameworks • Establish typography systems, color palettes, and layout structures • Translate strategy into clear and compelling visual language • Ensure consistency across presentations, marketing materials, and digital assets • Partner with strategy and creative teams to bring ideas to life visually • Maintain high standards of craft, hierarchy, and design clarity What We Are Looking For • 6+ years of experience in brand design or visual identity systems • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and design hierarchy • Experience building brand systems, not just designing individual assets • Ability to translate conceptual thinking into structured design systems • A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful brand development and visual rigor • Comfort working collaboratively with strategists and creative teams • High attention to detail and pride in craft Ideal Background Designers with experience in creative agencies, media brands, or cultural brands are especially encouraged to apply. We value designers who think about systems, storytelling, and long term brand integrity, not just visuals.
