Job Description

As a Senior Staff Design Program Manager leader, you will leading all aspects of the work happening in many areas of the eBay Financial Services space. This includes the Buyer and Seller experiences pertaining to the cart and checkout process, tax, global currencies, policies and protections (e.g. returns, fraud, etc.). A global approach is important for ensuring platform-level systems and capabilities are designed into every aspect of the work we produce. You will be responsible for setting direction, managing the objectives and key results and collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Business and Engineering partners to ensure our platform consistently meets an ever-higher bar of quality, innovation, and performance. Success depends on the ability to achieve goals and deliver results on time.
