Our Design leaders are responsible for answering the brief and then thinking beyond it, pushing for ideas no one expects. They do this by going beyond their craft to link together multiple disciplines, people, and ideas. They’re deep in the work itself, making the choices and crafting the nuances that distinguish great from good. Associate Directors understand the ins and outs of what it takes to build an Active Brand. They are passionately engaged in a team and driving a positive, inclusive Proto culture. They show leadership through directing, growing, and championing early career designers, and making their point of view known amongst the extended team and the clients.
