Job Description

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant design experience, preferably in digital marketing, product design, or brand experience. Strong grasp of typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience using Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and team collaboration (Bonus) Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics principles (development of gifs) Proven project management and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Passion for sports and familiarity with NFL programming Curiosity around shifting industry trends in design and animation, especially in broadcast and streaming environments Strong online portfolio showcasing creativity, design execution, and typographic skill Reliable work-from-home setup with a dependable internet connection
