The Inventory & Location Management (ILM) team is responsible for developing and maintaining critical services and applications for store partners to plan & manage accurate perpetual inventory, location, and assortment for center store, fresh, and made-in-store products. Our team is organized under three distinct pillars – store infrastructure, store planning, and store execution. In this role, you will be leading a high-performing team of design professionals dedicated to store partner experiences at H-E-B. You will be responsible for the productivity and direction of your design team in collaboration with your product and engineering leaders. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for supporting your team of designers as well as building a network of stakeholders to identify opportunities and understand project goals and objectives.
