Job Description

Paradigm in seeking an Associate Designer to support our client, a global provider of legal services. The Associate Designer is responsible for the development of documents, formatting assets using data-merging software, and multimedia campaign creation such as email, interactive voice broadcasting, and SMS campaigns. Type: 2 Year Contract Location: Remote, United States (Preference is to reside in CST or EST) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and more As the Associate Designer, you will: -Develop documents for both digital and print noticing using Adobe design software; format assets to meet strict style guidelines, industry policies, and best practices. -Prepare, create, launch, verify, and oversee e-mail campaign creation through to completion. -Develop multimedia noticing campaigns for interactive voice broadcasting using vendor software. -Create dynamic data merges and implement conditional logic using internal vendor programming languages. -Discuss client needs and requirements with various internal stakeholders. -Present technical material in an understandable manner to technical/non-technical audiences and decision-makers to aid them in their decisions. -Learn and adhere to Design Operations’ development workflows and processes. -Participate in department special projects to improve internal processes. -Appropriately escalate project roadblocks. Requirements Our skills and experience wish list include: -2 years of academic or practical work experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat. -At least 1 year of experience with the following: -Windows platform and Microsoft Office -Adobe Creative Cloud -Typesetting and layout design practices -Maintaining accuracy throughout an iterative development process -Working under a deadline -Minimum 6 months experience building relationships in a remote environment -Proven demonstrated ability to follow regimented instructions while learning new software -Proven demonstrated ability track complex details -Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; able to adjust for intended audience. Desired Qualifications: -Email campaign marketing -Knowledge and/or experience in Agile and waterfall project methodologies -Mail merges or integrating data with print -Designing for the web both desktop and mobile using tools such as Figma or -Sketch -Experience using Project management software such as Jira -Handling confidential/sensitive company information such as HIPAA or financial data -Technical or development related experience with SQL queries, HTML, Python, --JavaScript, CSV or XML data Benefits Paradigm offers medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and sick days.
