Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation. We are looking for a User Experience Researcher who is passionate about creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and fostering strong relationships with our product and design partners. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and executing qualitative and quantitative research approaches and translating them into insights that motivates user-centric decisions. Tasks: Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research. Conduct/Facilitate Design Thinking workshops, focus group sessions in a large enterprise. Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies. Prep work including development of research plans, discussion guides and workshop activities. Identify and evaluate user research needs/requests. Translate findings into actionable recommendations and directional insights. Perform usability studies such as heuristic evaluations, UI reviews, user testing sessions with end users Qualifications: Three or more years of UX research experience. Ability to lead user research studies end-end from, planning, moderating user sessions, synthesizing data, documenting insights, and presenting findings. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions. Expertise with range of research methodologies such as contextual interviews, field studies, focus groups, Design thinking, card sorting, surveys, etc.). Passion towards creating user-centric products. Working knowledge of Sketch, Figma, and Mural.
