WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The design team is seeking a junior-mid Visual Designer who will be comfortable with the many facets of the design process, including root cause investigation, research synthesis, brainstorming, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and the fundamentals of visual design. You will work with senior members of the team while helping balance the needs of the business with the needs of our users. You’re a great fit for our team if you can thrive in detail-oriented tasks as well as supporting the team in defining future product direction. Most of all, you must be passionate about what you create and about the impact it can have. That matters to us a lot! REQUIREMENTS Necessary Experience - 3- 5 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer for digital products and systems across mobile and web platforms - Familiarity with designing responsive web apps from desktop to mobile viewports - Experience designing web and mobile applications, presentations, documents, and emails - Wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing experience - Experience working with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders - Research experience with user interviews, surveys, and data analysis from event tracking - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with users - Experience presenting your work to project stakeholders - Comfort with Figma Nice to Have - Degree in Design, or related field - Experience in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with HTML and CSS - ADA / WCAG compliance experience
