Job Description

As a Senior Experience Designer (8+ years), you are expected to represent depth in the craft of experience design: as an individual contributor, as a mentor and guide for more junior colleagues, and as a contributor to the community of practice. You will often be the backbone of your projects from beginning to end. You will plan, prioritize, and deliver service design activities autonomously, in the context of cross-functional projects. You will lead client conversations within your domain, providing articulate recommendations and helping guide client choices. In this specific role, you will join a bustling and collaborative team that leads the digital product discovery and design for a global Quick Service Restaurant – one that feeds 1% of the world’s population every single day. You will play a central role in the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from research through detailed design, partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering (who are as passionate about product as they are burgers and fries). Your product areas might be focused on things like mobile ordering, loyalty, kiosk, crew facing restaurant technology, or web, just to name a few. This is a hybrid position; three days per week you’ll link up with your team IRL at this global company’s headquarters in Chicago’s burgeoning West Loop.
